Cozy Industrial Home Décor Wish List | Our New House

Cozy Industrial Home Decor Wishlish Blog Post

If you haven’t heard, WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! And if you have not read the first blog post, go read it now and then come back! This is the exciting stuff right here. A cozy industrial home décor wish list!

After a year and a half of marriage we finally saved up enough pennies for a shiny new home. Something I have been dreaming (and pinning) about for a long time. I’ve always had this image in my head of warm wood flooring and white crown molding, grey walls and white shaker cabinets. Starting to get the picture in my head? Okay, now think about black drawer pulls and hardware, bead board styled doors, black industrial pipework shelves, and a vintage tufted sofa with a warm faux fur blanket draped over the back.  Do you see it?

I’ve had this idea in my head. An industrial look without the coldness that it brought to the feel of the home. I wanted warmth, but living in Arizona we get quite enough of that already. My home had to be inviting. A place that felt comforting and cozy to anyone who stayed. Like a stylish and unique bed and breakfast.

Do you see it now? If not, don’t worry. I’ve got your six. Here’s what I’m thinking for all my fellow visual people out there…

cozy industrial home decor with tufted couch, black commercial faucet,

Wooden Box Planter (link here), Petite Bordeaux Mirror (link here), Warehouse Pendant Light (link here), Industrial Cabinet (link here), Tufted Chesterfield Sofa (link here), Swivel Barstools (link here), Industrial Coffee Table (link here), Edison Black Commercial Faucet (link here), Crystal Globe Pendant Light (link here), Cream Pillow (link here), Grey Pillow (link here).

I’m just going to tell you right now… We’ve already bought the Edison Black Commercial Faucet, (I couldn’t help myself) and it is a dreammm. You can tell it’s made from quality materials, the matte texture is perfection which makes you want to touch it forever and will no doubt make a great statement for our kitchen island sink. Plus I think it screams “industrial”. Makes me so sad that it has to stay in a box until we move into our new house in 2017. 🙁

What else do you think I should splurge on and purchase from this list?

Thanks for joining me! Until next time!

So what do you think of the Cozy Industrial design style? Is it your dream home design? If it could be anything, what would your home look like?

Great post! I am obsessed with homeware ever since me and my boyfriend got a flat together, move in is in less than a month eek!! Just like you I’ve taken to the internet to help solve my cravings for all things new (and mustard coloured) and have saved them to a pinterest board that’s forever growing LOL much to his dismay! Great job, I think my fave is the hanging mirror! xx

I love a interior with an industrial design! It gives the home an edgy and sophisticated look. I think you should go for the sofa next. There is a lot of great inspiration on pinterest, or architectural digest as well.
